Downtown LA is one of my favorite places to continue discovering, because the coolest spots are just popping up out of nowhere. Kyle and I were cooling down after a blazing hot, but relaxing rooftop event for the Los Angeles Fashion Council collections presentation and we decided to duck into this low-key bar restaurant that had wide, open windows that allowed for a refreshing breeze and a chic bar that said they knew how to make drinks. I fell in love with its menu for its cheeky "haute couture" cocktails such as The Balenciaga or The Lagerfeld, which was so appropriate for the restaurant's location in Fashion District. It's called Pattern Bar if you want to check it out :)
I'm just glad I picked this little white dress from
The Dreslyn to wear that day because it helped me survive the ball of fire that was LA in the most stylish way.
