I haven't had a laidback weekend in a long while, where going out on a walk under the sunshine was free of a working mindset and focused on enjoying the moment and reconnecting with health and soul. This past Sunday I was able to take a walk through the bustling farmer's market with Kyle and go on a baby gift hunt filled with squeals at miniature shoes and cute toys before heading to a fun baby shower. As far as reconnecting with my health, I'm on a great run with eating healthily so far this summer, so organic smoothies and fresh cooked meals with protein and veggies are my daily intake. Today is actually the first day I'm starting a 3 day Blueprint Cleanse; their raw, organic, cold-pressed juices are my favorite by far because of taste and ingredients, so I highly suggest trying them out at Whole Foods. I'm also trying to sleep better, with a full 7 hours at least. I mildly exercise and stretch in the mornings, but I plan to incorporate a class or more extensive fitness plan into my hours (hopefully). It's just the perfect time to wake your body up and energize yourself for maximum summer fun. What are some of your ways in reinvigorating yourself this sunny season?
