Reformation

As much as any girl can never have enough of everything, I can never have enough dresses from the Reformation.

Reformation dress (similar here). Valentino shoes. Tai earrings. Dogeared circle necklace and Y necklace. Dogeared bracelet.

I've been following the owner Yael's fashion evolution since her humble and blooming beginnings  with her previous namesake line Ya-Ya. It's an amazing thing to be able to visualize how far she's come to evolve, by creating a cult brand that's literally better for the world in its super cool and earth-friendly sustainability mission.

There's most definitely a thing or two to learn from Yael Aflalo, which is pretty much why I'll be heading to Fashionista's "How to Make It in Fashion" conference right here in LA! Yael will be sharing a few tips on how she started the Reformation on the anticipated Fashion Startup panel, which will also feature executives from Everlane and Stitch Fix. I'm so excited for the Fashionista conference overall, as it's been a while since I've been to this kind of event. The industry is constantly changing, so it's basically overdue for me to brush up on some tips and learn from the industry's most savvy. Scott Sternberg of Band of Outsiders will also be exclusively interviewed about how he transformed a line of men's button downs to a global brand for men and women with a unique style perspective. Hey, let's sit together for that one. Get your tickets here and meet me at FashionistaCon!
