The Farmer's Daughter, LA

A girls night in the heart of LA.

My bestie Chanelle hosted a super fun sleepover in the best part of LA - our own hood! Even though the hotel is just a few blocks or a short drive from our respective homes, it's always a good time to slumber at a chic-er home away from home. The Farmer's Daughter hotel sits unassumingly across from the bustle of The Grove and CBS studios, providing an accessible home base to everywhere in LA and still a quiet retreat when you want nothing but your bed. The rooms' cozy, west coast-rustic decor slams the door shut on any pretension of Hollywood right next door and refreshingly lends an inspiring vision for that of even my own bedroom. Marquee lights, denim pillow covers, and designer bikes await exclusively for hotel guests. There's no need to venture out for food when you've got Tart Restaurant & Bar right downstairs, serving an extensive menu of American comfort food and the best punch bowls. A truly great staycation is when all the amenities you crave is right at your doorstep and that's exactly what the Farmer's Daughter offers.

The slumber party with some of my favorite girls, Jenny, Elaine, and Chanelle, didn't stop short of endless Coolhaus dessert cocktails, revolving plates of Tart's bites and best desserts, Basketball Wives, and girl talk till 2AM. Thank you so much to Farmer's Daughter and Tart restaurant for hosting our amazing staycation in our favorite city!
