Own It

Look 1: Boohoo jumpsuit. Lovers + Friends tee. Madewell black belt. Gorjana collar necklace.
Look 2: Boohoo jumpsuit. Aldo leopard belt. Forever 21 necklace. ShopLately cuff.

Jumpsuits are my second favorite clothing, just shy of dresses as my number one. They're easy to step into on days I just want more security for my legs and there's no other vibe but retro glam that jumpsuits embody, which is just great for my lazier times. And I like my jumpsuits just how I like my dresses: versatile. I found this great crepe piece off of boohoo.com and I styled it two ways for day and night.

I'm recounting in my head every single jumpsuit I own and I realize that they all have the wide pant leg, which is most indicative of my dress tendencies. Since I don't actually own many wide leg trousers, I usually take my jumpsuits and layer a top over them to wear out for the day to meetings. And how perfectly set up it is that come happy hour, all I need to do is literally take my top off. Surely an act of great times ahead.

This jumpsuit amongst many other amazing Spring pieces are now up on boohoo.com and as part of their Spring campaign, #OwnIt, if you upload your look on instagram including the hashtag #ownit, you could win an entirely new wardrobe from boohoo! So get to instagramming your cute #ootd's :)

  2. I love the subtle leopard face peeking out from the print on the shirt. The wide legs of that jumpsuit are so glam.
